In June 2026, Odin was rescued from the slaughter pipeline after being discarded following a devastating accident that left him with significant neurological damage. The injuries changed the way he walks and moves through the world, but they never changed his spirit.

Despite everything he has endured, Odin greets each day with quiet resilience, reminding us that healing doesn't always mean returning to who you once were. Sometimes healing means learning to embrace who you've become.

This month's Horse Rescue Club Collectable Pin was designed in Odin's honor—a symbol of courage, perseverance, and the belief that every life is worth fighting for.

Oh, how I love this Odin pin! Very well made - chose sterling silver. Going to need a bigger pasture soon, as this is my 4th pin so far, and they're for such a worthwhile cause. Let's save horses!

I think it’s great, however I would prefer all donations go to the horses instead of receiving a gift for donating. The gift is donating. For me. Maybe not for others
