Thank you so much for supporting All Seated in a Barn. Every order helps us rescue, rehabilitate, and care for horses, donkeys, and mules who need a second chance.

We want your order to get to you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.

Here’s how our shipping works:


📦 Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
During peak seasons, rescue emergencies, or high-volume launches (such as holiday socks), processing may extend to 5–7 business days, but we always do our best to ship as fast as possible.

If there are ever delays, we’ll communicate them openly — your trust matters to us.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through USPS and UPS, sometimes Fed Ex  depending on the item and destination.

Typical delivery timelines after your order leaves our facility:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

(Delivery times may vary slightly based on carrier volume and holiday schedules.)

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.

Because we are a nonprofit and shipping costs add up quickly, we do require the customer to cover the cost of reshipping. Thank you for your understanding!


🌎 International Shipping

We do ship internationally.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier.


💌 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


If your tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.


📬 Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

  1. Confirm your shipping address

  2. Check with neighbors or your mailbox cluster

  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carrier scans sometimes update late)

🔄 Preorders

Preorder items ship once inventory arrives.
If your order contains both in-stock items and preorders, we may ship separately to avoid delays.
Estimated arrival windows are always listed on the product page.
