We do not know much about Blanche’s past.

We do not know where she came from.
We do not know what her life looked like before the auction.
We do not know who owned her.

What we do know is that someone threw her away.

Somewhere along the line, Blanche became disposable to somebody. Like so many horses that end up in the auction pipeline, she was discarded without a second thought and left to face an uncertain ending.

That is where her story changed.

We rescued Blanche in July of 2023, and today she lives safely in sanctuary with us at one of our Texas properties, where she will never have to worry about being unwanted again.

Blanche is truly just a good girl.

The kind of horse who quietly settles into your heart. Sweet, gentle, and easy to love. She would make an incredible companion horse, and every day she reminds us that sometimes the horses with the least known history leave the biggest impact.

She did not deserve to be thrown away.

Now, instead of surviving uncertainty and fear, Blanche gets consistency, care, safety, and people who see her value.
